Sign in and every order earns 1 point for every 10 cents you spend — that's 10 points per B$1, credited when you collect your drinks. Spend your points in Rewards on treats like free toppings, size upgrades, and free drinks, then apply them at checkout.
Order on consecutive days to build a streak — each day you collect an order adds 1 day (several orders on one day still count once). Skip a whole day and the streak starts over. When your streak reaches a milestone in Rewards you can claim that treat; claiming resets your streak to 0, so you can cash in early or keep going for a bigger one.
Add your birthday in your Profile and we'll drop a free drink into your rewards during your birthday month. One treat per year — from us, with love.
Card (paid securely online when you order), your DE HOJA wallet, or cash at the counter when you collect. Card and wallet orders reach the kitchen the moment payment is confirmed.
Load your wallet by card in the Wallet screen (B$5 to B$500 at a time) and pay for drinks from the balance — online at checkout or at the counter by telling us your name or phone number. If an order paid from your wallet is ever cancelled, the money goes straight back to your balance. Wallet balances aren't withdrawable as cash.
Choose ASAP and we start on your drinks right away, or schedule a time slot later in the day. When your order is ready, your number appears on the pickup board — just show it at the counter.
Once an order reaches the kitchen we start making it fresh, so it can't be changed in the app. Call the store right away and we'll do our best to help.
